Return & Exchange Policy

At Shop.TailgatingIdeas.com, we are committed to making sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased directly from us via the Google Checkout portal. If you are not completely satisfied with the item you purchased, they simply return the undamaged item to us. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a complete refund of the purchase price via electronic credit to your credit card. If your item arrived damaged and you would prefer to exchange the item, we will honor that request and will ship a replacement with no additional costs to the customer.

When requesting to return or exchange an item purchased, please email [email protected] to explain the reason why an item is being returned or exchanged. By emailing first will help us expedite your refund or exchange faster.
