Return & Exchange Policy

At Shop.TailgatingIdeas.com, we are committed to making sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased directly from us via the PayPal portal. If you are not completely satisfied with the item you purchased, simply return the undamaged item to us. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund of the purchase price (minus the shipping) via electronic credit to your credit card or PayPal account. If your item arrived damaged and you would prefer to exchange the item, we will honor that request and will ship a replacement with no additional costs to the customer. Returns of undamaged goods are subject to a $10 restocking fee.

When requesting to return or exchange an item purchased, please email help@tailgatingideas.com to explain the reason why an item is being returned or exchanged. Emailing first will help us expedite your refund or exchange faster. You will also receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to include with your return.

All items and products sold at Shop.TailgatingIdeas.com are covered under our standard 30 day warranty. Some items have a longer warranty from the manufacturer which are specified on the individual product pages.
